Stuffed eggs with original filling: a recipe for a budget and delicious appetizer
Stuffed eggs are the perfect appetizer in just 10 minutes. And you can cook them with different fillings, such as crab sticks, fried mushrooms, onions, canned fish.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious stuffed eggs with mushroom filling on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Eggs (boiled) - 6 pcs.
- Mushrooms (champignons) - 150 g
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- Green onions
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the mushrooms and onions into small cubes, fry, season with salt and pepper. Cut the boiled eggs in half and remove the yolk.
2. Mash the egg yolks with a fork. Add the fried mushrooms, sour cream, salt, pepper and mix everything.
3. Put the filling in each half of the egg and you can eat!
