In the village of Oktyabrskoye in the Tver region of the Russian Federation, attack drones targeted the 23rd Arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Defense (MMAD or GRAU). The explosions occurred at 04:00, followed by detonation.

This was reported by Russian Telegram channels. The warehouse is located just 16 km south of the 107th Arsenal destroyed a few days ago near the town of Toropets, Tver region.

Meanwhile, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that air defense repelled a "Kyiv regime's terrorist attack," allegedly destroying and/or intercepting 101 Ukrainian drones, including:

- 53 over the territory of the Bryansk region;

- 18 over the territory of Krasnodar region;

- 5 over the territory of the Kaluga region;

- 9 over the territory of Tver and Belgorod regions;

- two over the territories of Smolensk and Kursk regions and the temporarily occupied Crimea;

- 16 over the Sea of Azov.

After explosions at a warehouse in Oktyabrskoye, Russians evacuated the Staraya Toropa railway station after 03:00. Several passenger trains have been canceled. Others, including the Moscow-Pskov and St. Petersburg-Smolensk trains, have been redirected via an alternative route and are running with a delay of about 2 hours.

As a reminder, the fire in Toropets after the explosions at the ammunition depot on the night of September 18 lasted at least two days. A crater about 100 meters in diameter was formed in a place of one of the warehouses adjacent to the railroad tracks. The building was probably filled with ballistic missiles to the brim.

There were practically no local residents left, and people evacuated on their own without waiting for the authorities' orders.

The attack on Toropets in the Tver region was a joint operation of the SSU and the Defense Forces. In the warehouse, which was under attack, the occupiers stored missiles intended for Iskander tactical missile systems, Tochka-U tactical missile systems, as well as guided bombs and artillery shells.

On September 18, a powerful attack at the army facility of the aggressor country Russia in the Bryansk region was recorded. The 856th Guards Self-Propelled Artillery Regiment was stationed there.

The successful drone attack on a Russian missile and ammunition depot near Toropets in Tver region caused hysteria among Russian propagandists, who immediately began to criticize the military command and look for the culprit. Z-bloggers accused the detained former Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Army General Dmitry Bulgakov, of the alleged mishandling of missiles and ammunition.
