On the night of Monday, February 10, Russia again complained about a UAV attack. In particular, drones were spotted in the Krasnodar Territory, explosions were heard, and occupant air defense was allegedly operating.
At the same time, according to the network, the UAVs allegedly hit the Afip oil refinery and the refinery in Sloviansk-on-Kuban. And in Krasnodar itself, drone debris fell on the roof of a high-rise building.
Propaganda Telegram channels reported the drone attack around 1 a.m. Residents of Sloviansk-on-Kuban counted at least 10 explosions.
The VChkOGPU channel claims that UAVs attacked two refineries in Afipskoye and Sloviansk-on-Kuban in Krasnodar Krai. It also published footage from Afipskoye showing a fire. This enterprise has been targeted by drones on several occasions because it supplies fuel to the Russian military.

The governor of the region, Veniamin Kondratiev, said that a UAV damaged the Central residential complex in Krasnodar. According to him, the drone "was shot down over the city, the wreckage fell on the technical superstructure on the 19th floor of the building."
Thus, the Russian official confirmed that the high-rise building was hit by the occupiers' air defense. Kondratiev stated that no one was injured.
Krasnodar Mayor Naumov also said that the wreckage of the "downed Ukrainian drone" fell on technical rooms on the roof of a building in the Hay Market area, and there were no casualties.
"Special services and law enforcement agencies are working at the scene, the area where it happened is cordoned off. We are going door-to-door to check whether the residential premises were not damaged," the Krasnodar Region governor said in a statement.
