On January 19, Russian tourists organized a "night of horrors" in the Thai resort of Phuket. That's what local law enforcement officials called the event.

A Russian man kicked his wife out of the house because she wanted to keep a cat that was not in the house. The police accepted the tourist's statement of "domestic violence" and put her in a hotel as she refused to return to the "tyrant."

The cat was not the only one in this story. Another "caring" Russian woman picked up the animal on the street and took it to a veterinary clinic. After the cat was examined and underwent what the woman believed to be necessary procedures, it was time to pay for the services. However, the Russian woman refused to do so, saying that the cat did not belong to her. "It was a stray." The scandal was investigated by a local police psychologist.

It is not surprising that Russian citizens managed to cause an accident that night. One culprit crashed into a local resident's vehicle but did not admit his guilt and refused to compensate for the damage.
