Pilaf with meat and vegetables in a pan: a recipe for dinner
Pilaf is a very satisfying and tasty dish for lunch and dinner. It is worth noting that it can be cooked with any vegetables, meat, and spices.
The cook shared a recipe for a successful pilaf with chicken, vegetables, and spices on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Rice – 150 g
- Chicken fillet – 1 pc
- Onion – 1 pc
- Carrot – 1 pc
- Salt/pepper/spices for pilaf
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the chicken fillet into cubes, pepper, fry in vegetable oil.
2. Add chopped onions and carrots, and fry for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Put the rice on top, pour boiling water to cover the rice completely, add salt, sprinkle with pilaf spices, and cook over low heat until the liquid evaporates.
4. Then turn off the heat and let it brew for 20 minutes.
