Ingredients:

• boiled beets
• mixed green with arugula
• cheese
• nuts
• balsamic sauce

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the boiled beets into thin slices and place them on the bottom of a plate.

2. Top with a mix of greens and arugula and the most important ingredient - cheese. Pour the sauce and serve!
