The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very healthy and tasty vinegret, for which vegetables are cooked in a frying pan.
Ingredients:
- Pickles

- Lemon juice
- Beetroot
- Carrots
- Potatoes
Method of preparation:
1. Peel and dice the vegetables, put them in a frying pan, add water and cook under the lid until they are tender. Cool them down without lifting the lid.
2. Chop and marinate the onion.
3. Chop the cucumbers, add the rest of the vegetables, onions, beans, drizzle with oil, add salt, vinegar, herbs, lemon juice.
