The girl showed how easy it is to clean limescale from faucets without using chemicals and without much friction. All she took with her to the bathroom to do the job was a roll of baking parchment.

This paper is made of cellulose, like some kitchen rags, and is coated with a special solution that makes it resistant to dirt but safe from scratches. Waxed parchment gently cleans surfaces when used for cleaning.

So, tear off the piece of parchment you need from the roll and roll it into a ball that you can comfortably hold in your hand. Then rub the lime-stained surface of the faucet with this ball. Traces of minerals should come off easily, even without effort.

The only drawback of this method is that it does not disinfect the surface. Therefore, cleaning with parchment is suitable for daily stain removal, but during weekly cleaning in the bathroom, surfaces will need to be treated with special products that destroy bacteria, fungi and viruses.
