The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious and budget-friendly Chinese cabbage salad with sausage and breadcrumbs.
Ingredients:
- Chinese cabbage - 1/2 pc.
- cucumber - 2 pcs.
- canned corn - 1/2 can
- balyk or sausage - 200-250 g
- crackers to taste
- mayonnaise to taste
- salt, pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage, cut the sausage and cucumbers into cubes.
2. Put everything in a bowl, add spices, corn and mayonnaise, and mix. Sprinkle the croutons on top!
