Lazy dumplings: how to cook without kneading the dough
If you love homemade dumplings but don't want to mess with the dough, you don't have to buy pre-made dumplings. Thanks to a new approach to cooking, you can now enjoy homemade dumplings at any time.
Food blogger Alexey Kryuchkov shared how to make lazy dumplings on Instagram. According to his recipe, you no longer need to knead the dough and form dumplings for a long time.
Ingredients for the filling for 100 pcs
- Minced beef - 300 gr
- Onion - 150 gr
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Pepper - 1 tsp.
Ingredients for the dough
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 5 tbsp
Method of preparation
1. Grate the onion on a fine grater and add to the minced meat.
2. Add salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
3. Form the minced meat into balls and place on a cutting board.
4. Combine the egg with the water and shake with a fork.
5. Pour the flour into a deep bowl.
6. Put the minced meat balls in flour and roll them well.
7. Dip the balls into the egg and then back into the flour.
8. Dip the resulting balls in salted boiling water and boil for 5 minutes after raising to the surface.
