Juicy chicken cutlets for dinner: what to add to the minced meat
Homemade cutlets are best made with minced chicken and thigh meat. To make the cutlets juicy, add fried onions to the minced meat.

Ingredients:
- 500 g of chicken fillet
- 500 g of chicken thigh
- 1 chicken egg
- 100 g of bread (50 g of milk + 100 g of cream)
- 150 g of fried onions (250 raw were)
- 20 g of salt
- 3 g of black pepper
- 2 g of dried thyme
- breadcrumbs for breading
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the chicken fillet and thighs in a meat grinder or blender. Soak the bread in milk and cream.
2. Fry the onion with oil, blend in a blender and cool. Add the egg, fried chopped onion (cooled), crushed bread, salt, pepper, and thyme to the minced meat. Mix well and beat the minced meat a little.
3. Form the minced meat into cutlets of the desired size. Coat the patties in breadcrumbs for a crispy crust.
4. Fry the cutlets over medium heat until golden brown on both sides, then bring them to perfection by placing them in the oven for 10 minutes and cooking at 180 degrees for even cooking inside!
