1. Take an avocado.
2. Put the avocado in the peel.
3. Cover with boiled water.
4. Leave the fruit like this for three minutes.
5. Then remove it.
6. Immediately place the fruit in cold water.
7. After that, the avocado becomes soft and very easy to separate from the skin.
