How to cook mackerel deliciously for dinner: a recipe for the perfect marinade
Mackerel is an ideal fish for baking, and it can also be added to salads and made into appetizers. To prevent the fish from having an unpleasant odor, remove all the bones and wash it well before baking.

Ingredients:
- 1 mackerel carcass
- smoked sea salt (to taste)
- lemon pepper (to taste)
Marinade:
- 2 tbsp of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp of oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 0.5 tbsp of lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp of smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp of smoked coriander
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the mackerel carcass, and cut off the head and tail. From the back, make 2 cuts along the ridge and remove the ridge.
2. Open the fish in a "book" and sprinkle with spices on all sides.
3. For the marinade: add the oil, garlic, lemon juice, smoked paprika, and coriander to the soy sauce.
4. Put the fish on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Turn the cut pieces out. Pour the marinade over the fish, leave for an hour, and then bake for 12-15 minutes at 180°C.
