Fish is a very valuable and healthy product that should be in everyone's diet. It is best to bake, stew, or grill fish.
Hector Jimenez-Bravo shared a recipe for a delicious stewed fish with vegetables on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- Fish
- Salt
- Lemon juice
- Cumin
- Onions - 1 pc.
- Green onions - a bunch
- Tomato - 1 pc.
- Bell pepper - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Paprika
Method of preparation:
1. Marinate the fish: add salt, lemon juice, cumin and mix, leave for a few minutes.
2. Prepare the dressing: chop the vegetables and put them in a preheated frying pan with oil. Add salt and cumin. Bring to a boil.
3. Add the fish to the prepared dressing, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes on both sides.
Garnish with chopped herbs when serving!
