How to bake pork for the New Year's table to make it really juicy
Every holiday table usually has a main meat dish. Hostesses took their preparation especially seriously because it is always this dish that is the star of the feast.
On Instagram, a food blogger with the nickname anny.cooking shared a recipe for baked pork that is perfect for the New Year's table. The dish is not only tasty but also very juicy.
Ingredients
- pork chop - 1-1.5 kg
- garlic - 3-4 cloves
- salt - 1.5 tsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- spices for meat - 2 tsp
- dry garlic - 1 tsp
- French mustard - 1 tsp
- oil - 2 tbsp
Method of preparation
1. Dry the meat with a towel.
2. Cut the garlic into 2-3 slices, add salt and stuff the meat.
3. Combine the spices and salt, rub the meat with them for about 5-10 minutes on all sides.
4. Tie with a thread and grease with vegetable oil and French mustard. Marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours to a day.
5. Bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. Then cover with foil and bake at 160 degrees for another 1.5 hours.
6. Let the meat rest for 1-2 hours.
