Ingredients
- potatoes - 2 pieces
- tuna - 2 cans
- pickled onions - 1 pc
- processed cheese - 3 pcs
- carrots - 2 pcs
- eggs - 5 pcs
- mayonnaise
Ingredients for marinating onions
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- boiling water
Method of preparation.
1. Boil the eggs until cooked.
2. Boil vegetables in a saucepan or double boiler or bake until tender.
3. Drain the excess liquid from the tuna and mash it with a fork.
4. Marinate the onion.
5. Grate all the vegetables.
6. Lay out the salad in layers, covering each with mayonnaise: potatoes - tuna - pickled onions - processed cheese - carrots. The last layer is mayonnaise.
