Ingredients:
- flour 500 g
- water 250 ml
- salt 1 tsp.
- + butter for greasing the dough 80 g
Filling:
- meat 500 g
- onion 350 g
- salt 1 tsp.
- spices (black pepper/chili)
- sesame seeds and egg yolk for greasing
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt to the flour and cover with water at room temperature. Knead the dough. Wrap it in cling film or put it in a bag and leave it for 20-30 minutes.
2. Cut the meat into pieces about 1 cm, chop the onion very carefully. Add your favorite spices and mix well.
3. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll one into a narrow rectangle with a maximum width of 1 mm.
4. Brush the dough with softened butter and roll it into a roll. Cut into eight pieces, roll out, put the filling, and pinch the edges. Put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes to freeze the butter. Then transfer to a baking sheet.
5. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 35-45 minutes.
