Homemade safe processed cheese: how and what to make it from
If you like processed cheese, you can make it from fatty sour milk cheese by simply adding an egg, baking soda, and salt. Processed cheese can be used to make delicious soup, appetizers, and pie fillings.

Ingredients:
- 400 g of sour milk cheese
- 1 egg
- 80 g of butter
- 0.5 tsp of sugar
- 0.5 tsp of salt (more is possible)
- 0.5 tsp of baking soda
Method of preparation:
1. Put the sour milk cheese in a bowl or saucepan, add the egg, oil, salt, sugar, baking soda. Beat everything with a blender until smooth.
2. Place in a water bath and stir until the cheese is melted, about 10 minutes. If there are lumps of cheese, punch the mass with a blender. The classic processed cheese is ready.
3. Pour into a container and refrigerate. You can also add any spices, fried mushrooms or finely chopped herbs to the cheese!
