Healthy baked pumpkin with parmesan for a snack: how to cook deliciously and quickly
Pumpkin is a very tasty and healthy vegetable that can be the basis for healthy cereals, cream soups, as well as puddings and casseroles. Pumpkin can also be baked deliciously in the oven with spices and oil.
The cook shared a recipe for a delicious baked pumpkin with spices and parmesan on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of pumpkin
- 1 tbsp. of starch
- 4 tbsp. of oil, 1/2 tsp. each of pepper, salt, Italian herbs, and oregano
- 1 large clove of garlic or 2 medium cloves
- thyme if desired
- Parmesan cheese for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Dice the pumpkin, add spices and oil.
2. Put on a baking sheet and bake until tender at 200 C for 20 minutes.
3. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese when serving.
