Ingredients:
- Salted crackers 80-100 g
- Arugula bunch
- Green basil 1 sprig
- Olive oil 2 tbsp
- Cream cheese 2 tbsp
- Green onion 1 tbsp
- Lemon and orange zest, a pinch each
- Salmon with cubes 2 tbsp
- Salmon slices 5-6 pcs.
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the crackers with herbs and olive oil in a blender.
2. Mix the cream cheese with all of the above ingredients.
3. Using a ring, spread in two layers, add fish slices on top!
