The Portuguese national football team defeated the Czech Republic in the 1st round of the European Championship 2024. The match at the Red Bull Arena in Leipzig ended with a score of 2-1.

The favorites gained a game advantage from the first minutes, launching attacks on Stanek's goal every time. Ronaldo and Co. dominated the field, but unexpectedly conceded first. Lukasz Provod opened the scoring in the 62nd minute.
