American actress, star of the TV series Desperate Housewives, Eva Longoria, showed herself without makeup. The 48-year-old celebrity also talked about her makeup routine as the "hottest mom".
In a new video for VOGUE magazine, Longoria admitted that she didn't think she was beautiful before because she was far from the topic of cosmetics. She decided that instead she would charm people with her sense of humor.
In front of the camera, the actress appeared in her natural form - without eyelashes and makeup. "You probably won't recognize me," the star joked.
The celebrity's first step is a hyaluronic acid serum to tighten and prepare her skin. Then she applies face oil, followed by a rich cream. Longoria also pays attention to the area under her eyes: she uses patches and then applies a special serum. She wears a care mask on her lips.
The actress admits that makeup has never been her thing. "I thought: okay, I'm not beautiful, so let me be smart. I'll be funny. I think that's why I became an actress," she said. The advice Longoria remembers from her mother is that she should shave her legs with soap.
The star does not forget about sunscreen. "I don't use less than 50 SPF," she said. Next, the celebrity uses concealer and foundation. "I don't like to wear powder," says Longoria. The beauty applies chocolate brown eyeshadow and eyeliner. The actress suggests that some people might find her makeup too "heavy".
She uses bronzer and, of course, blush as a finish. Longoria prefers a beautiful coral shade and applies it just above the cheekbones. The last steps are highlighter and a little powder to set the makeup.
The actress draws a pencil outline of her lips and then applies two shades of lipstick. Longoria paints her eyes with mascara and adds her signature artificial eyelashes. And to finish, she adds gloss in the center of her lips.
