Damaged buildings, solar panels and cars: consequences of another Russian drone attack on Kyiv region

On the night of February 21-22, the terrorist country Russia once again targeted Kyiv region with kamikaze drones. As a result of the enemy attack, a number of buildings and warehouses were damaged, in particular, and, unfortunately, one person died.

This was reported by the press service of the Kyiv regional police. Residents of the region were urged not to ignore the air raid alert.

"The police of Kyiv region continue to record Russian war crimes in the region. On the night of February 22, the aggressor once again struck the capital region," the press service said.

Law enforcement officials added that as of 8:50 a.m., it is known that warehouses, two administrative buildings of enterprises, more than 20 solar panels, five cars, a private house, an educational institution, a kindergarten, three high-rise apartments and three shops were damaged in the Boryspil district, and an employee of Ukrzaliznytsia was killed at a railroad crossing.

A patrol car of the response team of the Boryspil Police Department of the Kyiv region was damaged. In addition, a private house suffered damage in Brovary district.

Criminal proceedings over war crimes have been opened under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As reported, on the night of February 22, Russia staged another drone attack against Ukraine. Air defense forces shot down 82 enemy drones out of 162 launched.
