Budget and simple "Dniester" salad with Napa cabbage: tastier than Olivier
Salads in the autumn are best prepared with seasonal vegetables, among which Napa cabbage occupies a special place, because it is very light and easy to prepare. It also goes well with all vegetables, meat, seafood, cheese, and sauces.
- Cabbage - 300 g
- Smoked sausages - 3 pcs
- Peas - 1/2 b
- Mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Finely chop the cabbage.
2. Dice the sausage.
3. Put the cabbage and sausage in a bowl, add the peas, season with mayonnaise and salt to taste.
