Artificial intelligence has made a forecast for Usyk's next fight

Maksym InshakovNews
The fight may take place in late summer next year

ChatGPT, which is a chatbot with generative artificial intelligence developed by OpenAI, has predicted a rematch between WBC, WBA, WBO, and IBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (23-0, 14 KOs) and British Daniel Dubois (22-2, 21 KOs). Usyk's manager Egis Klimas said that the Ukrainian is likely to fight again in late July or August.

The GPT-4 model was used to analyze the upcoming fight, a new model for ChatGPT that showed even better results on several tests designed to measure the intelligence and knowledge of humans and machines.

Experience and tactics

Usyk has a wealth of experience, including successful fights with top heavyweights such as Anthony Joshua and Tyson Fury. He has demonstrated exceptional tactical and technical skills, including excellent defense and the ability to control the rhythm of the fight. His experience and ability to adapt to any opponent are his main advantage.

Dubois' power

Daniel Dubois is known for his knockout power, especially in the first rounds. He is capable of inflicting serious damage on an opponent if he manages to catch him off guard. However, his technique and defense are not as perfect as Usyk's. In fights with strong opponents like Usyk, this can be his weakness, as he may not be able to realize his power in a fight against an experienced and technical boxer.

Psychological advantage

Usyk is not only more experienced but also psychologically stronger. His ability to remain calm in the most difficult moments, as he did in his fights with Fury and Joshua, can play a key role if the fight drags on into the later rounds. Dubois, on the other hand, may show psychological problems, as he did after his defeat by Usyk in 2023, and he must prove his resilience and readiness for a rematch.

How the fight could develop

Dubois may try to aggressively force the fight at the start, but Usyk will likely use his speed, agility, and accuracy to avoid Dubois' powerful punches and gradually take the initiative. If the fight reaches the later rounds, Usyk will have a significant advantage in endurance and tactical flexibility.

Prediction

If the fight follows Usyk's usual pattern, he will most likely win. Usyk is likely to win the fight by the judges' decision, and he may even score a technical knockout in the later rounds if Dubois gets tired or loses concentration.

Overall, Usyk looks to be the favorite if he can withstand Dubois' initial aggression and use his technique and experience to slow down his attack.

As reported by OBOZ.UA, Dubois, 27, ran into the ring in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, seconds after Usyk was declared the winner of his rematch with Fury to demand a re-match of their fight.

At the same time, Usyk's manager Egis Klimas reacted with skepticism to Dubois' name, saying that he must first defeat Joseph Parker on February 22 before he could fight Usyk.

The 32-year-old New Zealander scored impressive wins over former WBC world champion Deontay Wilder and Chinese giant Zhilei Zhang in Riyadh this year.
