You didn't even notice: 5 times Kate Middleton wore identical outfits in different colors. Photo

Princess Kate Middleton of Wales sometimes falls in love with the cut of her outfits so much that she orders identical items but in different colors. A wise decision. Firstly, this way she knows for sure that the new dress or suit will fit her figure perfectly. Secondly, the new color schemes emphasize different details: something for brown hair or green eyes, and something for skin color.

The Duchess has a winter color type, so white, black, navy blue, red, and bright pink are perfect for her. And she mostly chooses them when she asks for a new item to be sewn according to the cut of her old products. Read more in the OBOZ.UA article.

1. Pantsuit

Elegant suits from Alexander McQueen are perfect for Kate Middleton: they visually stretch the silhouette and emphasize her waist and athletic figure. No wonder why she repeatedly turns to the haute couture house to make new models (identical to the old ones but in a different color). For example, in November 2022, the Duchess attended the second annual Earthshot Prize Awards in Boston. At the time, she showed off a dark purple pantsuit. And in May 2023, she arrived at The Foundling Museum in a pale pink set.

2. Coat dress

The English clothing brand Emilia Wickstead has repeatedly helped Kate Middleton in preparing for important events. For example, in March 2012, Prince William's wife took part in the St. Patrick's Day parade. She wore an emerald-colored coat dress that perfectly outlined her shape and "refreshed" her appearance. Later, in April 2022, the Duchess wore an identical outfit, but in blue, to attend a traditional Easter Sunday service at St. George's Chapel.

3. Pink dress

It's no secret that Alexander McQueen is Kate's favorite brand. After all, their products emphasize her title in a special way: they look status and "expensive". In June 2017, the Duchess wore a pale pink dress with a small basque at the waist for the Trooping the Colour Parade, dedicated to the official birthday of Queen Elizabeth II. And in October 2018, she arrived at the wedding of Princess Eugenie of York and Jack Brooksbank in a similar outfit but in bright pink and with puffed sleeves.

4. Midi dress

In 2016, Kate Middleton wore two dresses by Finella Dress of the same cut but in different colors: red (with a wedge leaf brooch) and black (with a massive belt by Temperley London). The first time was in September when she visited the Government House of Canada. The second time was at the Place2Be awards ceremony in November.

5. Coat with a bow

The Catherine Walker brand once created more than a thousand outfits for Princess Diana. Today, it has become one of Kate Middleton's favorites. In 2021, the Duchess wore identical coats with a massive bow to two events that contrasted in mood. In December, she attended the Together at Christmas festival in red, which takes place annually at Westminster Abbey. And in April of the same year, Kate, dressed in a black coat, arrived at the funeral of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
