The moment went viral online
A curious moment occurred in a match of the Thai youth football championship between teams from Nong Khai province. One of the players was shooting at an empty net, and, deciding that the ball had already rolled into the frame, began to celebrate in advance.
Convinced of his success, the player turned to the camera and began to demonstrate various celebratory gestures that he had prepared in advance. However, everything turned out to be premature - the opposing defender managed to knock the ball out of the line at the last moment.
The player did not immediately realize that the goal was disallowed. After a dozen seconds, he came to his senses and got a second chance to score, but the goalkeeper made a perfect save.
This video went viral on social media, gaining more than 10 million views in a day.
