During a meeting with his Armenian counterpart, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov decided to discuss the topic of quadrobers with him. The Russian official became a laughingstock online, as users noted the inability of the Russian government to deal with real challenges.

The strange behavior of the official during the international meeting was drawn to the attention of the social network X. In the published video, Lavrov can be heard addressing his colleague and asking: "Do you have quadrobers?" He then began to explain who they were.

A user with the nickname "Messenger of Peace" noted that this situation demonstrates how much the Russian Foreign Ministry has degraded.

"While Russia is trying to preserve its 'sovereignty' in the face of sanctions pressure and internal turmoil, Russian diplomacy seems to have become completely out of touch with reality. Instead of discussing issues of strategic importance, Lavrov is raising topics that have nothing to do with security or international politics," the Russian was outraged.

"When the foreign minister of a country claiming global influence starts talking to the Armenian foreign minister about costumes for children, it emphasizes the crisis of the entire system," he added.

The user added that Armenia seems to have noticed this void as well and has drawn conclusions: Russia's influence is melting away, and its allies are losing trust.

"This is a new level of Russian diplomacy. Putin has outplayed everyone," they write online.

"After any important issues were no longer discussed with the terrorist country, Foreign Minister Lavrov moved on to discussing quadrobers," said a user with the nickname Lara-Lara.

Quadrobers are people, mostly teenagers, who imitate the actions and habits of animals. In various publications, this is perceived as a subculture and/or a special unofficial sport
