Will Atherton, an expert in dog behavior correction, spoke about his experience with different breeds. He named three of them, which, in his opinion, are the most difficult to train.

The dog handler admitted that he always sighs when he is brought to the classroom with these dogs. Among them, Wil named the Siberian Husky, Kawapu, and Kokapu breeds, as well as the Caucasian and Central Asian Shepherd Dogs, Express writes.

Siberian Husky

Atherton says that dogs of these breeds resemble cats in temperament. They are very eager to please their owners.

"They know what they want, and all they care about is getting what they want without taking orders," he says in the video.

Will emphasizes the physical needs of Huskies, explaining that they have too much energy. They are bred to be high endurance dogs, so it is very difficult to keep them as pets.

"We bring them into our home and expect them to be happy and content with a 20-minute walk around the block," says the dog handler.

In addition, Siberian Huskies are very dramatic, so owners of this breed should be prepared for constant yelping and howling.

Kokapu and Kawapu

The second type of breeds that Will does not like to train are the breeds that are very popular to buy for their cute appearance – Kawapu, Kokapu, and others. Will explained that people who gravitate toward these breeds are prone to the cardinal sin of humanizing dogs. And, in his opinion, this can create huge problems.

Caucasian or Central Asian Shepherd Dog

The third breed of dog that Will does not like to train is the Caucasian or Central Asian Shepherd.

These dogs, like the Siberian Husky, also take a very long time to use their energy. They are unstoppable and poorly controlled.

"Fortunately, they are quite rare, so I've only had to work with a few of them," Will said.

Earlier, OBOZ.UA reported that the dog handler explained when and how to punish your puppy for bad behavior. He emphasized that the term "punishment" often evokes "very negative emotions." However, in fact, this word can refer to any action that leads to a decrease in undesirable behavior.
