The 31-year-old star chose a Maison Margiela dress for her impressive appearance, exclusively created for her by the fashion house's creative director John Galliano. To make the golden outfit, 14 thousand pins were used, and it took the craftsmen 675 hours of work to combine them.

So, as we've already noted, the dress Miley Cyrus wore on the Grammy red carpet was made of 14,000 hand-connected golden English pins. It took 675 hours of hard work, after which the singer's look was recognized as one of the best at the ceremony.

The Maison Margiela dress has a sophisticated neckline, sculptural stud details on the bust, a mesh design on the torso, a metal sculpture at the waist, decorated arms, and a mesh skirt with slits. The look was complemented by yellow velvet shoes with intertwined straps in the shape of a faux lizard Tabi, created by Christian Louboutin as part of the Maison Margiela Artisanal 2024 collection.

The outfit was custom-made and inspired by John Galliano's Fall/Winter 1996 collection.
