- The movie "The Raven"
The son of the famous actor Bruce Lee died during a shooting in the movie "The Raven." According to the plot, 28-year-old Brandon Lee was saving his beloved from rapists who were supposed to shoot a shell into his stomach with a firearm.
During the first take, in which the revolver's drum was shot, real bullets were used. They were supposed to be removed before the shot was filmed, but due to human inattention, one cartridge remained in the gun. The bullet entered the actor's intestines and hit his spine. Brandon died of blood loss in the hospital.

Cameraman Conway Wickliffe was killed when he crashed his car into a tree while filming the Batman movie. He was filming another car at breakneck speed and was unable to fit into a sharp turn.
The cameraman's car crashed into a tree and caught fire on the spot. The man could not be saved, but he was immortalized in the credits, writing that the movie was dedicated to his memory.
