How to cook a puffy Easter cake in a multicooker: sharing the technology

If you have a multicooker - you can easily cook an Easter cake in it. You don't need to monitor the temperature and check the baking every time - all you need to do is turn on just one mode. This way the bun is sure not to burn.

The idea of making Easter cake in a multicooker is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Tatyana Yushina(_tanyushina_).

 

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml milk
  • 25 g of fresh yeast or 8 g of dry yeast
  • 550 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • vanilla sugar packet
  • 270g raisins & candied fruits

Method of preparation:

 

1. Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add a spoonful of sugar and a few spoonfuls of flour. The mass should be as thick as pancake batter.

2. Leave it for 20-30 minutes.

 

3. Meanwhile, melt the butter and beat the eggs and sugar.

4. Add the beaten eggs, salt, vanilla sugar and flour to the stew.

 

5. Knead the dough. While kneading, add the butter.

 

6. Leave the dough to rise to double in size.

7. Add the raisins and candied fruits and knead thoroughly.

 

8. Place the dough in the bowl of the multicooker and let it rise 2 times.

 

9. Bake in baking mode " Easter cake" or " baking" for 1 hour.
