The plates will shine: an effective way to wash dishes has been named

How to wash dishes

Washing dishes every day takes a lot of time and effort. Conventional detergents don't always cope with old grease. Plates lose their whiteness as they accumulate yellow deposits.

Improvised remedies such as baking soda, salt, alcohol, and even Coca-Cola can help you clean dishes quickly. OBOZREVATEL has selected the most effective life hacks that will make your plates shine for sure.

Soda solution

You are unlikely to find a more versatile cleaner than baking soda. Add 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda to a container with a liter of warm water. The water should not be cool; otherwise, the grease will not dissolve. Immerse the dirty dishes in the solution and leave them for 30-40 minutes. After that, wash the dishes in the usual way with detergent or simply rinse them under running water.

Baking soda is ideal for removing yellow deposits on white plates or cups.

Salt and water

Mix salt and warm water in a 1:1 ratio. You can take 2-3 tablespoons of warm water and the same amount of salt. Spread the mixture on cups or plates with heavy stains. After 30 minutes, rinse in warm water using a sponge.

A bottle of Coca-Cola

If you have not been able to wash the plaque on the cup for a long time, experts advise buying Coca-Cola. Pour it into the cup to the brim and leave it on the table for 6-8 hours.

This method is unlikely to work for white cups, so it's better not to risk it.

Alcohol

A radical but effective remedy. Everything is simple here, no solutions or mixtures. Simply moisten a sponge or cotton ball with alcohol and rub the places where the most plaque has appeared on the dishes.

These life hacks can be used on glass, porcelain, and metal dishes.
