Sour tomatoes under a capron cover in a new way: a delicious snack recipe
Unlike pickled tomatoes, sour tomatoes are juicier, firmer, and have a unique flavor and aroma. The preparation of the snack does not take much time, it is only important to make a successful brine.
Foodblogger Diana with the nickname smishna_diana on her page on Instagram shared a recipe for sour tomatoes in a new way with bell peppers and aspirin.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes
- Aspirin (3 pieces for each 3-liter jar)
Brine:
- cold water - 6 l
- salt - 1 tbsp
- vinegar - 3 tbsp
- sugar - 3 tbsp
- sweet bell pepper - 1 kg
- garlic - 1 tbsp
- capsicum-1-2 pcs
Method of preparation:
1. Grind the pepper and garlic through a meat grinder.
2. Mix all the necessary ingredients for the brine. Stir to dissolve the sugar and salt.
3. Place the tomatoes in jars, if desired, you can add parsley, add aspirin. Pour the brine and cover with the capron lids.
