It's spring outside and you can feel it in the air, too. But it is cool enough to roast a shashlik outdoors. Therefore, you can cook it directly in the oven. Chicken meat is perfect for the dish - the pieces fit perfectly on a skewer.

  • chicken fillet - 3 pcs.
  • sweet bell pepper - 1 pc
  • red onion - 2 units
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
  • chicken seasoning - 1/2 tsp.
  • dried garlic - 1/2 tsp.
  • paprika - 2 tbsp.
  • vinegar - 2 tbsp
  • water - 1 cup
  • oil - 2 tbsp.
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:


1. Wash and dry the fillets and cut into cubes about 3x3 cm. Peel the bell peppers and cut them into squares.

2. Soak wooden skewers in cold water for 10 minutes.



3. Add spices and soy sauce to the meat, stir and leave in the fridge to marinade for an hour.


4. Thread the meat on skewers mixed with peppers, brush with vegetable oil and bake on a baking tray for 30-35 minutes in a preheated 200 degrees in the oven.



5. Meanwhile, chop thin half-ring onions, pour vinegar and water, salt (you can add another 1 tsp. sugar), stir, let stand for 10 minutes, drain the marinade. Place half of the onions on a plate, then the kebabs and sprinkle with the remaining onions.
