Safe homemade cottage cheese marshmallows for kids: no sugar, no baking
Homemade marshmallow is the simplest dessert that can be made easily and from available ingredients. It is traditionally made with berries, fruit, agar or gelatin and if you want marshmallows to be safe, refuse to add sugar.
Food blogger Julia Fedorenko (fedorenko_pp) on her Instagram page shared a recipe for homemade natural marshmallows with cottage cheese and gelatin that contains no sugar.
A sugar-free recipe for homemade cottage cheese marshmallows

Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 200 g
- gelatin - 15 gr
- water - 100 g
- milk - 100 g
- sweetener
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water over the gelatin and let it swell for a while.

2. Add milk and sweetener to the cottage cheese and mix.
3. Melt the swollen gelatin in a water bath or the microwave, and pour it into the cottage cheese. Stir.

4. Pour the resulting mixture into a silicone mold and leave it in the refrigerator for 2 hours. When serving, cut into portions.
