Nutriciologist Olena Metelska (olena_metelska) on her Instagram page shared the recipe for the perfect poached egg, which you can make in 3 minutes without using vinegar, a funnel or a bag.
Ingredients:

- water for cooking
Method of preparation:
1. First, you need to wash the egg thoroughly and carefully break it into a small strainer so that the yolk remains intact.
2. Strain off the excess liquid white.
3. Next, carefully pour the egg into the boiling water, remove the pan from the heat and wrap the egg to keep its shape. Put the pan back on the fire and cook for a maximum of 3.5 minutes.
