How to keep clothes from getting electrified: four simple life hacks

Julia PeschanskayaLife
How to make clothes not electrify

Electrification of fabric spoils the appearance of clothes and is accompanied by unpleasant sensations for the wearer. Things do not keep their shape, stick to the body and attract dust and wool.

But OBOZ.UA has found effective life hacks that will help you avoid this. Special products do not always help solve the problem, but you can get rid of it yourself using simple ingredients.

Baking soda

Add a glass of baking soda to the drum while doing the laundry. The mixture will not only prevent electrification and sticking of the fabric to the body, but will also remove stubborn stains and get rid of unpleasant odors. It is better to dry your clothes in the fresh air or in a well-ventilated room.

Citric acid

After washing, rinse your clothes in a citric acid solution. Stir a teaspoon of the mixture in 10 liters of warm water. This solution will help to avoid electrification and "refresh" your clothes.

Metal hangers

Try to hang your clothes on metal hangers. Metal will quickly eliminate static electricity and your favorite things will not "sparkle".

Fabric softener

Add a few drops of fabric softener to a small bottle of water, shake everything thoroughly, and gently spray the clothes on the back of the laundry. This effect will last for several hours.
