Ingredients:

  • 400 grams of minced meat (can be chicken)
  • 7 eggs
  • salt and spices

Method of preparation:

 

1. Separate the yolks from the whites and add them to the stuffing.

 

2. Add a pinch of salt to the whites and whip until white.

3. In the filling add your favorite spices (you can mix spices for chicken) and mix until homogeneous.

 

4. In several stages, we add the whites, transfer the mass to the baking dish and send it to the oven heated to 170 degrees for 20 minutes.

 

 

5. Increase the temperature to 200 degrees and turn on the convection.

 

6. Cook for another 5 minutes until golden brown.
