Healthy and fluffy 3-ingredient omelette in the oven: we share a recipe for a breakfast dish
An omelette is a quick, hearty and delicious dish for breakfast and even lunch. It is always based on eggs and milk. It can be cooked in a frying pan or in the oven, and to make it hearty, add ham, cheese, and vegetables.
Cook Valeria shared on Instagram a recipe for a healthy, fluffy omelette with a filling that cooks very quickly.
- Eggs - 5 pcs.
- Milk - 250 ml
- Salt - a pinch
Additionally for the filling (but can be cooked without):
- fried chicken fillet
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the eggs with salt.
2. Add the milk and mix well.
3 Chop any products for the filling, add the egg mixture, and mix.
4. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the mixture.
5. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180 °C.
Serve the dish hot, it will be delicious with fresh vegetables or herbs!
