Beans and meat stew for a hearty lunch: sharing the easiest recipe
Beans and meat are foods that go well together and can be the basis for delicious and satisfying dishes. Moreover, the meat cooks very quickly, as do beans, which need to be soaked in water overnight.
Culinarian Julia shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious meat with beans, carrots, and onions, which will be very hearty.
Ingredients:
- pork - 500 g.
- beans - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- carrots - 1 pc.
- sweet bell pepper - 1 pc
- tomato juice - 250 ml
- salt, pepper - to taste
- bay leaf
- herbs
- butter
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-soak the beans overnight, then rinse and put them to cook for 40 minutes.
2. Fry the meat, cut into small pieces, in a little oil until it is golden brown. When the beans are half cooked, put them in the meat and add a little water to which they were cooked. Simmer for 25-30 minutes, adding water if necessary.
3. Cut the onion in half rings, grate the carrots, cut the pepper into strips, and fry in a pan for 10 minutes, then add the tomato juice, bring to a boil and pour the sauce into the meat, cook for another 10-15 minutes, then salt and pepper.
4. Serve the finished dish hot, sprinkled with herbs!
