Eggs are a healthy and valuable breakfast food. They can be used to make delicious scrambled eggs, omelets, glazed eggs, as well as cooked poached eggs.
Food blogger Irina Lazun(iren.lazun) on her Instagram page shared an interesting way to cook poached eggs in the microwave, which you make in 2 minutes without vinegar and funnel.
- water - 100 ml
- salt - 1/2 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Pour water and salt into a bowl and stir thoroughly until dissolved.
2. After that, you should carefully break the egg in a bowl so as not to damage the yolk. The water should cover the egg completely.
3. Put the bowl with the egg in the microwave for about 1.5-2 minutes.
