If you have boiled too much buckwheat and no one wants to finish it, add it to the minced meat. The mass will become fluffy and juicy - it will make excellent homemade cutlets. And in order for the dish to be also dietary - cook it in the oven.

The idea for baked chicken cutlets with buckwheat is published on the Instagram page of nutritionist Victoria Demianiuk(v.kubaievych). Flour and eggs are not needed, because the mass perfectly holds its shape.

 

Ingredients:

  • minced chicken - 500-600 g
  • 1 onion
  • Boiled buckwheat - 200-300 grams
  • hard cheese - 70-80 g
  • sour cream - 2 tablespoons
  • 2 eggs
  • Parsley or dill and salt, pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

 

1. Grate the cheese on a grater.

2. Chop the herbs and onions finely.

3. Mix all the ingredients together.
