Ingredients:
- 2 bananas
- 1 egg
- 150 g of cottage cheese
- 70 g of flour
Method of preparation:
1. Beat bananas, the egg, and cottage cheese in a blender.
2. Add flour.
3. Mix well.
4. Fry in a dry non-stick frying pan or lightly brush with ghee oil.
5. One tablespoon of the mixture makes one pancake.
