Eggs are an essential ingredient in any baking. When they are combined with flour, a dough is formed that can be used to make various products. But if for some reason you don't eat eggs or want to make a low-calorie dish, you can replace this ingredient.
Food blogger Yevhenia Malinevska (ev.malinevska) shared her ideas on Instagram about how to replace eggs in baking. Each proportion is equal to the volume of one egg.
1. Mix a spoonful of flax and three teaspoons of water. Let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Half of an overripe banana. Stir into the mashed potatoes.
3. Chickpea brine (70 ml). Beat with a mixer until thick.
4. A spoonful of chia seeds and 3 tablespoons of water. Stir, leave for 15 minutes.
5. Three spoons of peanut butter.
6. Tofu (70 g). Beat in a blender and mix until smooth.
7. Boil 70 grams of pumpkin. Whisk to a puree.
8. Apple puree (60 grams).
