Cutlets are a familiar and favorite dish for many people, and every housewife has cooked them at least once in her life. Juicy, tender and soft: that's what perfectly cooked cutlets are. And it all depends on the right minced meat. Experienced housewives often add semolina and butter to it. You will be pleasantly surprised by the delicate taste and creamy aroma.
Food blogger Natalia Oranska nadia.oranska shared a recipe for cutlets that always turn out well on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- minced meat - 300 g
- semolina - 2-3 tbsp.
- water - 50 ml
- onion - 1 pc
- butter (chilled) - 50 g
- egg
- salt, pepper
- breadcrumbs
Method of preparation:
1. Grate onion on a grater.
2. Grate chilled butter on a grater.
3. Mix prepared minced meat, onion, butter, semolina, egg, salt and pepper thoroughly and beat off with your hands.
4. Form patties and roll them in breading.
5. Fry the cutlets on both sides until golden brown.
