To save time on cooking cabbage rolls, you don't need to steam the cabbage. Just chop the vegetable and combine it with the minced meat. The products are low-fat but very juicy because they are baked in the oven.

Ingredients:
- minced meat - 600 g
- raw rice - 6 tbsp
- cabbage - 300 g
- onion - 1 pc.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- garlic - 2 cloves
- paprika - 1 tbsp
- salt
- pepper

- water - 100 g
- sour cream/cream - 100 g
- garlic - 1 clove

1. Add rice, fried onions, shredded cabbage, egg, squeezed garlic, paprika, salt and pepper to the minced meat.
2. Mix well with your hands until smooth.

3. For the sauce, combine tomato paste, water, cream, squeezed garlic, salt and pepper and mix well.
4. Pour 1/3 of the sauce into the bottom of the baking sheet and smooth out.

5. Form the cabbage rolls and put them in the mold. Then cover with the rest of the sauce and smooth out with a fork.
6. Cover with foil. It is best to wrap the baking sheet in foil completely so that the sauce does not boil all over the oven during baking.

7. Bake at 180 degrees for 1.5-2 hours (depending on the size of the cabbage rolls). Serve with greens and garnish. For example, with mashed potatoes.
