Tastier than ordinary pasta: how to cook cannelloni with minced meat for dinner

Cannelloni is a type of pasta that can be deliciously stuffed. The perfect filling for this is ordinary minced meat, which is sure to be in every housewife's freezer. Just a few minutes in the oven and a hearty dinner for the whole family is ready.

The idea of cooking cannelloni with minced meat for a hearty lunch was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Khrystyna with the nickname kris_estet. Add a lot of cheese on top.

Ingredients:

  • cannelloni - 1 pack
  • minced meat - 300 g of chicken and 350 g of tenderloin
  • onions - 1 large or 2 small
  • tomato sauce
  • spices: nutmeg - 1/4 tsp, to taste, salt, pepper, dry garlic, smoked paprika
  • hard cheese - 200 g
  • mozzarella - 1 pack

Method of preparation:

1. Chop onion.

2. Fry in a preheated frying pan in vegetable oil.

3. When the onion starts to turn golden, add minced meat.

4. Stir and simmer for another 10 minutes.

5. Add 300 g of sauce, stir and turn off.

6. Stuff the pasta with the minced meat.

7. Grease a baking dish with the sauce and put the pasta in it.

8. Brush the top with the sauce again.

9. Fill the jar with the sauce halfway with water and pour over the cannelloni (the pasta should be almost half covered with water).

10. Cover with foil and put in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

11. Take out of the oven, sprinkle with grated hard cheese and grated mozzarella on top and put back in the oven without foil for 10-15 minutes.
