Do not rush to fry the meat immediately. For better flavor, add the filling. If you wrap the following ingredients, you will get tasty and very juicy rolls.

The idea of cooking meat rolls instead of chops was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Natalia with the nickname talli_sun . To prevent the filling from falling out, the pieces need to be tied up.

Ingredients:

  • meat (pork or veal, to your taste)
  • grain mustard
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • cheese (parmesan or other favorite hard cheese)
  • spinach
  • salt, pepper
  • soy sauce - 50-60 ml
  • white wine - 30 ml
  • honey - 1.5 tsp
  • vegetable oil and butter for frying

Method of preparation:

1. Pound meat well and season with salt and pepper.

2. Lubricate with mustard.

3. Add chopped tomatoes, cheese and spinach.

4. Roll, secure with a thread and cut into pieces.

5. Fry in vegetable oil and butter until golden brown on all sides.

6. Add soy sauce, wine and honey.

7. Cover and cook over low heat for another 7-10 minutes (turn occasionally).

8. Put on a plate and pour the sauce formed during cooking over.
