Potato Halušky with chicken and mushrooms: a nutritious and easy-to-prepare dish

Ingredients for the dough
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Flour - 180 g

Ingredients for frying
- Mushrooms - 300 gr
- Onion - 1 pc
- Salt
- Oil
Method of preparation
1.Boil peeled potatoes and mash them without adding butter and milk.
2. Fry the onion, minced chicken, salt and pepper in a little oil. The filling is ready.
3. Fry all the ingredients for frying in a frying pan.
4. When the crushed potatoes have cooled completely, proceed to knead the dough, adding all the ingredients.
5. Take a small piece of dough, sprinkle flour on the table.
6. Form the dough into a sausage and cut into small pieces.
7. Add the filling to each piece and form Halušky.
8. Boil the Halušky in salted water for 2-3 minutes after they rise to the surface and the water boils.
